Product Marketing and Growth Executive · Amenify · June 2024 – July 2025
Amenify is a US lifestyle and home-services platform that partners with residential communities, with a separate interiors business in Delhi NCR. I worked across activation, lifecycle retention, B2B demand generation and the in-app content that holds the experience together, reporting into the Founder and the VP of Growth.
What I owned
- Activation. Redesigned the onboarding funnel with the Founder and VP, cutting early-stage drop-off from 33% to 19% — a 43% relative improvement — inside two months.
- Lifecycle and retention. Built retention campaigns across segmentation, messaging and performance analysis on a 20,000+ MAU platform, reaching a 72% push notification open rate, over 3x the industry average.
- B2B acquisition, from zero. Defined the ICP, product narrative, sales collateral and campaigns for a channel that did not exist — 45 leads in three months and 18 closed deals.
- Market entry. Carried that channel into Canada and new US states.
- GTM for feature launches. Value proposition definition, cross-channel communication strategy and adoption campaigns.
- In-app and marketing content. Onboarding flows, service descriptions and CTAs in the app; 150+ blogs, PR releases, paid ad copy and an ROI calculator outside it.
Cutting activation drop-off from 33% to 19%
New users were dropping out before they ever booked a service. Working directly with the Founder and the VP, I took the onboarding flow apart stage by stage, found where intent was being lost, and rebuilt the sequence around getting a resident to a bookable service faster.
Early-stage drop-off fell from 33% to 19% within two months — a 43% relative improvement — on the same acquisition spend.
A 72% push open rate on a 20,000+ MAU platform
Retention at Amenify was a messaging problem before it was a product problem: residents did not know what the platform could do for them. I built the lifecycle programme — audience segmentation, message design, send logic and performance analysis — and ran it against adoption and repeat-booking targets.
Push notification open rate reached 72%, more than three times the industry average, and the same segmentation drove GTM for feature launches across the platform.
Building the B2B channel from zero
Amenify sold to residents, but the leverage sat with the property managers who decide what a community offers. There was no B2B motion at all, so I built one: ICP definition, the product narrative for a property-management buyer, the sales collateral behind it, and the campaigns that carried it.
The channel produced 45 leads in three months and 18 closed deals, and became the vehicle for market entry into Canada and new US states.
LinkedIn recommendations from Everett Lynn (Founder) and Todd Stecker (VP) are on my profile.
In-app UX content
I owned the in-app UX content for our USA-based mobile platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience. My focus was on translating Amenify’s value into clear, helpful, and human-centered copy—from onboarding flows to service descriptions and action-driven CTAs. Every word was designed to enhance usability, build trust, and guide residents effortlessly through our premium in-home service ecosystem.
